An organic massage lotion is used, either unscented or with stimulating essential oil(s). Or, you are welcome to bring any lotion or oil of your preference.

Deep Tissue Massage

A stronger, deeper pressure is used focusing on the underlying tissues helping to decrease pain and stiffness, relieving muscular spasms, increasing circulation and increasing mobility and range of motion. Various massage liniments and essential oils are used to enhance deep relief. Stretching techniques are incorporated for improved flexibility.

CranioSacral Massage

A combination of twopowerfully healingtechniques - Massage and CranioSacral Therapy. During the first portion of your session you will experience the gentle, light, soothing, experiential trance-like state of CranioSacral Therapy releasing restrictions deep within the body. During the second portion of your session you will experience the familiar medium pressure massage techniques using organic lotions that will release superficial muscular tensions.

Raindrop Therapy

Raindrop Therapy is a massage method applying a sequence of essential oils to the body. These special oils are immune enhancing, supportive to the body's natural defenses as well as the body's systems such as the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, and nervous system. With this relaxing and mild application of essential oils balance is brought to the body. A light gentle pressure is used to release energy center blockages bringing your body back to total balance. Only the highest grade oils are used and uniquely applied for each individual.

The effectiveness of the application of Raindrop Therapy depends upon a person's level of health, proper diet, exercise and mental attitude. One application may last months or it may be necessary to have the application done every week until the body begins to respond. The body may need to be retrained. This may take a few weeks, a year or longer depending upon your current level of well being.

Reflexology

An ancient holistic healing art using pressure and massage of the reflex points found on the feet and hands. These reflexes are mirror images to other parts, organs and glands in the body.

Without the use of oil or lotion, nerve centers to various parts of the body are stimulated. The focus is on the major energy centers (pressure points) of the feet and hands. When these nerve centers are stimulated the nervous system regains balance and endorphins are released encouraging health throughout the body. Specific pressure techniques are used to detect areas of blockages. Sometimes pain or gritty areas (crystal deposits) can be experienced.

Reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure health disorders. Reflexology is effective but not limited to cases of stress, tension and fatigue.
