Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you time to check in, slow down and relax before your session.
Silence Your Cell Phone. This is your time to allow your nervous system to “take a break” from the “hustle and bustle” of daily living. It will all be there when you’re ready to return to it.
Inform. Before your massage, share any special needs you may have. Mention the areas of your body that are feeling sore/tight or if you have any skin concerns. Let us know if any adjustments are necessary with the lighting, music, table temperature, headrest or bolster. Our number one priority is your comfort.

Be Thoughtful. The unexpected does happen.It is common courtesy to notify us of any necessary cancellations you may have to make. If you do not notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment the full fee for your appointment will be charged.
