Total Balance 4 U asks you respectfully give 24-hour notice of cancellation. Less than 24-hour notice will result in:

- A charge of 50% of the scheduled service price for same day cancellations.
- Being charged full price for the scheduled service if you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
- You may cancel your appointment without charge any time before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment.
